House Schmidsendl lies directly in the almost car free centre of Lofer.

The cable car lies about 200 m. from our house and is easily accessible by foot. The Lofer ski area
has a snow-covered descent until into the village.

The outdoor heated pool lies next to our house and several restaurants and stores lie within a couple of minutes walk.

Once you have arrived your car is no longer necessary.

We have apartments available from 2 to 8 persons:
- Apartment 1 = 2-3 persons.
- Apartment 2 = 2-4 persons.
- Apartment 3 = 4-8 persons.
- Apartment 4 = 4-6 persons.
- Apartment 5 = 2-5 persons.
- Apartment 6 = 4-8 persons.

All of the apartments have all the comforts from home and contain:
- All of the required cooking and eating utensils.
- Coffeemaker, toaster, kettle.
- Bed linnen and duvets.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric cooking plate, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave oven.
- Bath towels.
- Hand and thee towels.
- Cabel-tv.
- Dvd-player.

In all apartments there is wireless access to internet.

Skiing Storage Area

On the ground floor directly by the backdoor is a skiing storage area.
Here you can set aside your skiing equipment after a day out.
For your Skishoes there is a heated shoe dryer.

Wet walking shoes can be placed here too. There is also enough space to store yours buggys or sledges.

Bar

In our home we made a cosy meetingpoint, where our guests can meet.

While the parents are sitting together, the kids can play in the room nearby.

There is a tv, a dvd-player, a playing-computer en a lot of games more.

In our house the children still may be children and play if they want.

Garden

Behind the house there is a large parkingplace for all guests.

 

There also is a nice, child friendly garden with a table tennis, a playground, a trampoline and a real
( secure ) treehouse.

Walking

We organize a lot of hikes for our guests.

 

The hikes are chosen in consultation with our guests.

 

So there are difficult or easy hikes.

 

Often. it is nice for children, to walk together with more persons (children).

 

General

Smoking is not permitted in the apartments, but only allowed on the balcony.
All apartments have minimal 1 covered balcony.

Pets are not allowed in our house.

For a small fee, we can pick you up at the train or bus station in the area or at the Salzburg airport.
