All prices are per apartment, per day.
For persons over 14 years of age we charge a tourist tax of € 1,20 per person, per day.
These prices are based on normal occupancy, for each extra person we charge € 8,= per day.
Payment conditions:
The first payment is 50% of the total cost.
The rest must be paid one month before arrival.
Your reservation will become a definite booking after you have paid the first payment.
Cancellation conditions:
If you cancel 3 months before the arrival date no cancellation costs will be added.
If you cancel 4 weeks before your arrival date you will lose 50% of your total cost.
If you cancel 1 week before your arrival date you will lose 75% of your total cost.
If you cancel in the week you arrive you will lose 90 % of your total cost.
The Austrian Hotel Regulations ( Österreichischen Hotelreglements ) apply to your booking.
In case of a shorter stay or cancellation, we will charge you as booked, like mentions above.
Cancellation Insurance is always recommended ( Europäische Reiseversicherung ).
